Tracey & I have figured it out!!!

This is another old myspace blog dated 10.10.06

Ok, so I'm reading the news today & come across the article on yahoo about last years runaway bride suing her ex-fiance for $500,000. This OF COURSE sparks my interest so open the article to read.

Now I KNOW we all remember when this happened ~ how could you not ~ everyone is desperately looking for this lady who had vanished just day's before it was time to tie the knot with the soon to be hubby. Then she was apparently found & reported to have been kidnapped & raped ~ which turned out to be false. What did she get for causing such hysteria among her family, friends & community???? COMMUNITY SERVICE!!!! That's right ~ COMMUNITY SERVICE!!!!

Well, know runaway bride chick is suing her ex-fiance for $500,000 that they reportedly received by saying their story. Ex-fiance takes the money & buys a $250,000 home while she is locked away in the crazy house. I can't figure out why this chick feels like she can get $500,000 out of the ex-fiance ~ I can see selling the house & splitting the money ~ but come on, it was HIS freakin story too.... So, if I were the judge I would rule ~ $250,000 max to her!

Soooooo..... with the hysteria that I have been personally dealing with in my daily life lately, my little wheels start turning. Tracey & I start chatting & this is what we have decided......

Tracey & I are going to run away & be runaway moms .... we both have good reasons.... she has her husband's crazy ex-wife saga & i have ...... well we better just leave that to those that know ~ but trust me I a GREAT reason for being a runaway myself....

So, on to the plot ~ we are going to be runaway moms & stay gone for a while ... every one around here will be so frantically looking for us ~ we hope ~ and then we will gain national recognition .... we will magically return ~ and then sale our stories for $500,000 EACH!!!!!

We will gladly spend our time in the crazy home ~ where we are sure to get along with the other resendence. Then we will start our community service ~ and collect our $$$!!!! WHOO HOO!!!!

You know.... 2nd thoughts.... our husbands are likely to get together & agree to keep us in the crazy home & collect all the $$$ for themselves.... so maybe our little "plan" needs some more details worked out!

DISCLAIMER: If this events do by chance unfold & the above stated individuals become missing, please remember that this blog was written by a crazy person and can not be used against us in the court of law!

LAWRENCEVILLE, Georgia (AP) -- The runaway bride is taking her former fiance to court, claiming he took advantage of her hospitalization to defraud her of her share of the proceeds from a book deal about their adventure.

Jennifer Wilbanks' lawsuit follows a dispute in recent months over personal items -- such as a new vacuum cleaner, a ladder, a gold-colored sofa and various wedding shower gifts,

She claims ex-boyfriend John C. Mason never returned the items. (Watch why the runaway bride is running to court -- 1:49)

Wilbanks, then 32, ran off four days before she was to be married in a lavish wedding in 2005. She turned up in New Mexico, claiming she had been abducted and sexually assaulted.

She later recanted, saying she fled because of personal issues, and pleaded no contest to telling police a phony story.

She was sentenced to two years' probation and performed community service that included mowing the lawns at public buildings.

In a lawsuit filed September 13, she and her lawyer said that while she was hospitalized and under medication, she granted Mason power of attorney to negotiate the sale of the couple's story to a publisher in New York, and Mason struck a deal for $500,000.

But she said Mason used the money to buy a house in his name only, and later evicted Wilbanks from the home.

She is seeking $250,000 as her share of the home, and $250,000 in punitive damages for alleged abuse of the power of attorney.

Mason's attorney, James C. Watkins, did not immediately return a call for comment Tuesday.

Wilbanks and Mason broke up for good in May.
